Also, you need to let go of trying to be strong all the time. It is one thing out in public, but when you are home you should be able to relax and cry all you want. Emotions are good for the soul. Allow your husband to be your rock; that's what he's there for.<BR/><BR/>I understand perfectly what you are going through. Ten years ago I went through a continuing life or death situation (deep vein thrombosis) where I had to show a strong face to the public during the day, and when I got home I would break down and cry because the effort seemed too much to bear.<BR/><BR/>I don't know the full circumstances of your situation, but I believe you can deal with this over time. You have your husband, and you have this blog with which to vent. Writing can be healing in itself. Take your deep breaths, and that next wobbly step.
